2.1. To request a refund, please email us at courses.psychodidi@gmail.com with the subject "Refund for [Course Name]".

2.2. Your refund request email must include the following information:

• Your full name
• Contact details (phone number and email address)
• UPI ID or Bank details where the refund should be processed
• Course name for which you're requesting a refund
• Reason for requesting the refund (optional but helpful)

3.1. All refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.

3.2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, where possible.

3.3. For payments made through UPI or bank transfer, refunds will be sent to the UPI ID or bank account provided in your refund request.

3.4. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4.1. The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made more than 7 days ago
• Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed
• Bundle purchases, unless specifically mentioned in the bundle terms
• Special promotional offers that are marked as non-refundable
• Downloadable materials, ebooks, or resources that have already been accessed

5.1. In exceptional cases involving medical emergencies or other significant hardships, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis.

5.2. Such requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation to support your claim.
